Tanya Marie Andrews

Tanya Marie Andrews was born at Wray Community Hospital on May 16, 1954, to Eldridge Dwayne “Deak” Andrews, and Viola Mae (Welp) Andrews.  She was known as “Tanny” to all who loved her.  She passed away on October 23, 2019.  Tanny brought joy to so many people throughout her life. She had a wonderful, caring personality and was a nurturer to her nieces and nephews and all other babies and children she knew.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Deak and Viola, and step-mother, Ruth (Brethauer) Andrews, and her grandparents.

She is survived by her siblings, Terry and Kay Andrews, Denice and Jon Stroup, Dorene and Rodd Wiest, and Sherree and Ricky Wilson, and her step-siblings, George and Terry Brethauer, Stephen and Ann Brethauer, and Larry and Diana Brethauer, as well as numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and many friends.

A private service was held and arrangements were handled by Schmidt-Jones Funeral Home.  Interment was at Vernon Cemetery.
