Lee Boyd Cobb Jr. was born to Lee Boyd Cobb, Sr. and Lucille Shaklee Cobb on July 9, 1945 in Denver, Colorado. Lee passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 8, 2025 in Greeley, Colorado.
Lee spent most of his childhood in Prospect Valley, Colorado and attended Prospect Valley School until he enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1962. Upon honorable discharge he moved to Wray, Colorado to join his father, Lee Cobb Sr. in farming operations.
Lee met and married Janice Jackson, to this union they welcomed one son, Randy Cobb. Later he married Sandra Kiser and their union welcomed 3 sons: Tony, Troy and Trent Cobb. Eventually Lee married Elizabeth Glenn and raised 3 stepsons: Paul, Rick & John Glenn. Lee was proud of all his sons.
As a widower after the passing of Elizabeth, later in life Lee reunited with Sandra Kiser Cobb. They remarried and enjoyed traveling and occasional stops at the casinos. Lee remained by Sandra’s side, caring for her until his unexpected passing.
Lee was a man’s man and enjoyed the outdoors. Whether driving the fields and pastures checking cows, corn & potato crops or hunting and fishing. Lee was good with his hands; he could fix anything with a motor. Lee was successful in many different careers in his lifetime that included farming & tending cattle, seismograph surveying, driving a spray rig for Wray Co-op, and truck driving.
Lee was proceeded in death by his loving parents Lee Boyd Cobb Sr., & Lucille Cobb, wife Elizabeth Cobb, stepbrother Bobby Keller, sister-in-law Doris Keller, brother-in-law RJ Roseberry and daughter in law Mary Cobb.
Lee is survived by his wife Sandra Cobb, sons Randy (Dusty), Tony (Deanna), Troy (Becky), Trent Cobb, stepsons Paul (Kathy), Rick (Julie), John (Jeanna) Glenn, 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, sister Nancy (Ed) Gelvin, sister-in-law Colleen Keller, brother-in-law Wes (Pam), sister-in-law Hazel (Randy), sister-in-law Lillian (Tim), as well as a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
