Herman H. Reitmeyer

Herman H. Reitmeyer was born on July 6, 1931 to Herman and Mary (Nothdurft) Reitmeyer in rural Hale, Colorado and passed away on June 26, 2019 in Denver, Colorado.

He attended and graduated from Armel High School. Following graduation he moved to Denver, Colorado to begin working.

On August, 19, 1967 he married Carol McElhouse. They enjoyed square dancing and it was their goal to square dance in every state in the U.S. They lived all of their life together in Denver, Colorado.

He is survived by his wife, Carol, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Bill, and his sisters, Anna Proehl, Iona Browning, and Bernie Andrews.

A Graveside Service and Interment was held on Monday, July 1, 2019, 10:00 a.m. at the Armel Cemetery in Armel, Colorado with Glenn Balzer officiating.
