Claudia Jon Newth

Claudia Jon Newth was born on April 14, 1945, in Russell, Kansas, to Bonnie and Charles McAlexander. She passed away surrounded by the love of her family January 21, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of devotion, strength, and care that will be remembered by all who knew her.

Claudia was preceded in death by her parents, Bonnie and Charles McAlexander, and her sibling Charla Bogren.

She is lovingly survived by her spouse Bill Newth, children, Tammy Gillis and her husband Doug, and Renee Fogle; her stepchildren, Michael Newth and his wife Casey, Jennifer Willard and her husband Steve, and brother Levi Bruce McAlexander.

Claudia was a proud and devoted grandmother to Nic’les Long; A.J. and Owen Tennessen; and Kaitlyn and Kenadie Newth, each of whom brought great joy to her life.

Claudia will be remembered for her deep love for her family, her strength, and the kindness she extended to those around her. She was a powerful and unwavering presence in the lives of those she loved, and her memory will live on in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.
