Bernadette Marie O'Connor

Bernadette Marie O'Connor passed peacefully to be with the Lord on March 24, 2024 at age 87 in Wray, Colorado.

Bernadette is survived by her brother Ronald Murphy and her three children; son Scott O'Connor, his children Camille, Ryan, Kieran, Samuel; daughter Kimberly O'Connor, daughter Stacey Barton (Larry) and their children Connor and Alex.

Bernadette was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY with her brothers John (Jackie) Murphy and Ronald Murphy. She graduated from St. Agnes High School in 1955. Bernadette was married to her teenage sweetheart John (Jack) O'Connor in 1958 until his death in 1997.  Bernadette was a devout Catholic, and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend.  Bernadette was an adventurous woman who embraced life.  She enjoyed traveling, entertaining, dancing and playing tennis & bridge with her girlfriends.

She was preceded in death by her parents John and Bernadette Murphy, her brother Jackie Murphy, her nephew John Murphy and her great-nephew John (Jack) Murphy.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, April 20th, 2024, 11:00 a.m. at Pax Christi Catholic Church, 10675 Jaguar Dr, Lone Tree, CO 80124. Reception to follow.
