Alvin Leroy Smith (No Services)

Alvin LeRoy Smith, 78, passed away Dec. 26, 2017 at Medical Center of Aurora.

He was born on September 7, 1939 in Shaw, Colorado (Washington County) to Dan and Ethel (Britten) Smith. Alvin had three sisters, Pearl Saffer, Lois Dyson and Arvella Peterson.

Alvin spent most of his life living in Wray, CO and then later in Hugo, CO

He is survived by one sister, Lois Dyson. Three children Scott Smith (Nancy) of Wray, CO, Kathy Smith Wagner (Gary) of Hurricane, UT and Wade Smith (Loren) of Burlington, CO. He had six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.

Alvin was loved by so many and will be truly missed. One thing most people will remember about Alvin is he always had a joke to share with everyone.

Alvin had requested no service.
Cremation was requested. Schmidt-Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
